We are dedicated to customer service and security. We check your lock 3 or more times a week. That means we can detect something wrong and then review our cameras. Most facilities have cameras, but they do no good if you have to look through months of recordings, only after the tenant finds his lock broken or missing. We are the only facility in the county to put eyes on your lock at least 3 times, every week, rain or shine. You need to provide a disc lock to better help us keep your stuff safe. If you do not put a disc lock or better on your unit we will put one on and charge you $20 a month additional rent for as long as you do not put a disc lock on your unit. Only Fort Knox can guarantee your stuff's safety, but we do all that is reasonable to protect against theft and vandalism. We also have electronic gates that close at 10PM and open at 6AM daily to keep late night burglars out of our fenced property. Our facility is well lighted at night.
